Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support a major transformation initiative focused on next-generation payment solutions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams to identify, refine, and formulate business and system requirements. While you will have access to a group of more than ten knowledgeable Business Analysts for discussions and support, the role also demands independence in planning and managing your own workload. The team culture is open, cooperative and strongly centered on collective success.

Role Description

  • Taking ownership of planning, coordinating, and facilitating requirement-refinement activities.
  • Collecting, interpreting and converting business needs into well-structured functional and technical requirement specifications.
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including business and operations specialists, Product Manager, architects, developers, QA and other experts to define scope and ensure shared understanding of requirements.

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within IT, ideally in agile environments.
  • Strong background in producing clear, organized requirement documentation.
  • Highly self-driven, with experience working in project-oriented assignments.
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
