We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Sweden to support our journey with our product, Evitec Solutions Life, in Sweden. Evitec Solutions Life is a complete and flexible policy administration system for life insurance which easily adapts to changing business requirements and needs.

As a Business Analyst, you are methodical in your requirements management work, and you are used to work in the customer interface. Who Are You?

As a person, you are positive, curious, and unpretentious, and you are happy to share your knowledge. You need the ability to work with both holistic and detailed perspectives and can connect strategy with tactics. You are someone who gets things done.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working at the intersection of business and IT

- Experience in specifying and writing software requirements

- Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA and Confluence (or similar)

- The ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels

- A business-driven mindset, preferably with experience in financial industry life insurance

- Experience with agile environments and traditional project methodologies

- A pleasant and empathetic approach to teamwork and client collaboration

- Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

We also value if you have:

- Previous experience with financial industry

- Previous experience working in the customer interface

- A desire to develop and learn new things

- An interest in long-term work with systems crucial to society

While flexibility is important to us, this position requires regular daily presence onsite at our office or customer locations to best serve our projects and clients.
