Vårt tjusiga huvudkontor ligger i Malmö, och i skrivande stund består Team Fieldly av drygt 60 goa medarbetare fördelat på sex avdelningar: Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product och Engineering. Dina dagar som Customer Support ‍

Som Customer Support Representative är du Fieldlys ansikte utåt och en nyckelperson i hela kundupplevelsen. Du stöttar våra användare via chatt och telefon i allt från snabba "hur fasiken gör jag?" till mer komplexa och tekniska frågor. Det kan vara allt från projektledare som vill ha full kontroll över tid och resurser till ekonomiansvariga som behöver förstå underlag och flöden - alla vägar går till supporten

Du felsöker användarproblem och tekniska avvikelser och sätter dig in i pågående ärenden för att förstå helheten. Därtill testar du funktionalitet för att kunna återskapa och rapportera buggar på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt. Det bästa? Du är inte ensam. Tillsammans med dina supportkollegor Emma, Alexandra och Patrik ser du till att våra kunder alltid får snabb, tydlig och professionell hjälp med rätt balans mellan detaljfokus och helhetsperspektiv

Vem vi tror du är

Serviceminded, lösningsfokuserad och systemvan - det är den gyllene egenskapsstreenigheten för att trivas (och lyckas) i rollen som Customer Support Representative hos oss på Fieldly Därtill är du nyfiken, tekniskt intresserad och bekväm i dialogen med kunder - även när tempot är högt eller när svaret inte är helt självklart från början.

Våra övriga fördomar om dig är att du tycker om att hjälpa både kunder och kollegor, är en lagspelare och har förmågan att behålla lugnet även när läget kräver att du tänker ett varv till. Du växlar obehindrat mellan detaljfokus och helhetsperspektiv, läser in kontexten i ett ärende och förstår vad som faktiskt behövs för att komma vidare. Samtidigt är du pedagogisk i ditt sätt att förklara, håller huvudet kallt i pressade situationer och ser problemlösning som mer kul än krångligt.

Utöver ovan vill vi att du:

Har några års erfarenhet av Customer Support eller 1st line. Har du dessutom jobbat inom SaaS, tech och/eller bygg- och installationsbranschen? Då blir vi extra glada

Är en god kommunikatör som talar och skriver obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.
