At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world's leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for Talent Acquisition interns to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The role

We are currently offering an internship opportunity within our Talent Acquisition department in Sweden. During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the recruitment process, with full mentorship support to help you learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Arbetsförmedlingen and job boards to identify potential candidates.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and recruiting emails.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars.
  • Assist with reference checks and candidate communication.
  • Help with onboarding tasks like preparing documents and organizing orientation sessions.

Employer Branding & Marketing

  • Contribute to recruitment campaigns and social media content.
  • Support video shoots, company events, and branding initiatives.

Data & Market Research

  • Conduct talent market research and analyze recruitment data.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

Administrative Support

  • Post job ads, manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintain databases.
  • Help organize TA-related events and provide general office support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's studies in a relevant technical or scientific discipline.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
