As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Surikat, you will be responsible for all of our recruitment processes. You'll work closely with hiring managers to define role profiles and manage the entire process from job posting to signing. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a solid structure around our recruitment processes, as well as being a central driver in our internal People & Culture work, focusing on engagement and cultural development.

• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Proactively search for and engage with suitable candidates
• Coordinate and manage external recruitment partners and agencies.
• Continuously work to improve our recruitment process
• Create and maintain a strong People strategy, including:
• • Reviewing and updating policies
• Leading initiatives to develop and maintain our positive company culture.
• Conducting employee policy training sessions
• Running employee surveys
• Supporting managers in personnel-related matters
• Handle other HR-related tasks as needed

To thrive in this role, we believe you have previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or Engineering sector, and understand the importance of having a proactive approach. We also believe that you are a self-driven and results-oriented person who can think outside the box to achieve goals. Since this role is quite diverse, you should be comfortable switching focus between tasks efficiently while maintaining a structured way of working.

This position involves a lot of contact with candidates, external partners and other stakeholders, which means that strong communication skills are essential, and you're not afraid to take the first step in reaching out.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required.
