Scope of role

You will be responsible for validating infotainment systems and HMI functionality through rig and in-vehicle testing. This role ensures software quality and performance across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cross-functional validation of infotainment and HMI systems.
  • Conduct rig and in-vehicle testing using tools such as DSA, Vector, Canoe, Canalyzer, and HIL setups.
  • Execute software baseline downloads via Pie R&D and Confighub.
  • Participate in test expeditions across Sweden and Europe for real-world validation.
  • Identify, document, and report software faults during testing cycles.
  • Support test automation execution and connected system validation.

Knowledge/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, rig testing, and vehicle validation.
  • Familiarity with connected systems and infotainment platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools: DSA, Vector, Canoe, Canalyzer, HIL.
  • Valid European driver's license (Category B).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
