The Role
We are seeking an
Aftermarket Manager – Global Field Operations
to optimize and manage our field service operations. You will drive operational efficiency across Global Aftermarket, supporting Marine, Building, Transport, and Energy markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for service maintenance, repairs, technical support, retrofit and newbuilding commissioning.
  • Lead process improvements, product initiatives, and organizational changes globally.
  • Collaborate with market companies to enhance processes, resources, and applications.
  • Crosswork to help align Sales, Projects, and Aftermarket for smooth project handovers.
  • Map, standardize, and document global technical service processes.
  • Work together with our Academy to map competence skills, training needs, and KPI monitoring (e.g., First-Time Fix, Utilization).
  • Ensure field work safety, professional equipment standards, quality documentation and certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field.
  • Experience in aftermarket and field service processes (marine market experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and process optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
