We're searching for a skilled
Business Analyst
to join an ambitious cross-functional environment and support requirement work as well as solution development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across R&D, IT and commercial areas to gather, analyse, and manage requirements. You will play a key role in shaping solutions for both new initiatives and ongoing improvements.

You will work hands-on with requirement handling, modelling solution proposals, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and leading assignments or pre-studies within the domain. The role also includes coordinating acceptance testing to secure high-quality deliveries according to agreed requirements.


What you'll do

  • Gather, analyse and manage requirements together with stakeholders across R&D, IT and commercial teams
  • Contribute to solution creation, modelling and refinement
  • Communicate progress, decisions and clarifications to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead assignments and pre-studies within the domain
  • Coordinate and secure acceptance testing to meet quality and requirement standards


What we're looking for

  • Minimum three years of relevant higher education
  • Fluent in
    Swedish
    and
    English
  • Beneficial if you have experience with:
  • RoD processes & product structures
  • AWS development or cloud migration (on-prem → cloud)
  • General software development knowledge
