We're searching for a skilled
Business Analyst
to join an ambitious cross-functional environment and support requirement work as well as solution development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across R&D, IT and commercial areas to gather, analyse, and manage requirements. You will play a key role in shaping solutions for both new initiatives and ongoing improvements.
You will work hands-on with requirement handling, modelling solution proposals, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and leading assignments or pre-studies within the domain. The role also includes coordinating acceptance testing to secure high-quality deliveries according to agreed requirements.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyse and manage requirements together with stakeholders across R&D, IT and commercial teams
- Contribute to solution creation, modelling and refinement
- Communicate progress, decisions and clarifications to relevant stakeholders
- Lead assignments and pre-studies within the domain
- Coordinate and secure acceptance testing to meet quality and requirement standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum three years of relevant higher education
- Fluent in
Swedish
and
English - Beneficial if you have experience with:
- RoD processes & product structures
- AWS development or cloud migration (on-prem → cloud)
- General software development knowledge
