Business Analyst – Södertälje (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, analysis, and solution development within a cross-functional environment. You will collaborate closely with R&D, IT, and Commercial teams to define requirements, create solution models, support preliminary studies, and coordinate acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliveries.

What You Will Do

·       Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and manage requirements

·       Support creation/modelling of new and existing solution needs

·       Communicate with stakeholders and provide necessary clarification

·       Lead assignments and preliminary studies

·       Coordinate acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

Key Qualifications

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant higher education

·       Fluent in Swedish & English

·       Experience in RoD processes, product structures, and AWS development or on-prem → cloud migration

·       General understanding of software development

Important Requirements

·       Visa: No sponsorship available – must already have a valid Swedish work permit

·       Sweden-based work experience is required
