Business IT-Analyst to company in the automotive industry – Södertälje

About the position

Perido is looking for a Business IT-Analyst on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology in close collaboration with R&D, IT, and Sales & Marketing. You will contribute to shaping both new and existing solutions by translating requirements into well-structured concepts. The position offers a broad and influential role in a dynamic environment where innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement are key focus areas. The office is based in Södertälje with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week.

Your daily tasks

• Drive and manage requirements together with R&D, IT, and Sales & Marketing
• Contribute to the design and modeling of solutions to support both new and existing business needs
• Communicate, inform, and educate stakeholders throughout the organization
• Lead assignments and carry out preliminary studies within the operational area
• Coordinate and ensure quality in acceptance testing

Your characteristics

You are a communicative and collaborative professional who enjoys interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have a structured and analytical approach, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture. You take initiative, assume responsibility, and are comfortable driving work forward independently. At the same time, you are pedagogical, adaptable, and thrive in an environment where change and development are constant.

Qualifications:

• Experience in requirements management, IT, system development, or a similar area
• At least three years of higher education
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in AWS development
• Participation in an on-premise to cloud transformation journey
• General software development knowledge

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until Start
