We are a close-knit team united by one simple question: Where do we find the next impact unicorn?

In pursuit of this goal, we are expanding our team as we broaden our geographical focus across Europe. We are seeking an Investor to be based in Stockholm.

As a small team, every hire has an exponential impact on our results, and we maintain an exceptionally flat structure with proven scope for progression. A commitment to diversity has been one of our founding principles, reflected in our international team with a 50/50 gender split across all levels.

Our portfolio spans sectors including cleantech, energy, healthcare and education among others. Norrsken VC's mission is to back the best founders to achieve a combination of high impact and financial returns.

The fund is an independent investment vehicle with commercial return targets. We were born out of the Norrsken ecosystem, founded by Niklas Adalberth, co-founder of Klarna, which is dedicated to promoting global impact entrepreneurship globally.

This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial fund investing in some of the most exciting companies in Europe.

What the job involves

  • Supporting all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing through execution and working with the portfolio

  • Evaluating and screening investment opportunities for both their commercial prospects and their impact

  • Building networks across Europe - representing Norrsken and our values in the market

Who we are looking for

  • Full-time relevant work experience (e.g., Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital) or in a similarly analytical and strategically focused role

  • Study or work experience from a technical background is a plus

  • A strong VC or startup network in DACH with German language skills highly desirable

  • Someone who wants to make the world a better place and believes entrepreneurship and strong business models are great driving forces for this
