Co-Founder CPO

Capipal
 is building an AI-driven platform that helps investors analyze and evaluate investment opportunities across startups, real estate, and private markets. We are looking for a founder with a investment background - such as experience at a VC or similar.

By combining structured data, qualitative signals, and AI reasoning, Capipal supports investors with risk assessment, investment memos, and decision support — reducing manual work and improving consistency in investment decisions.

We are an early-stage company building the core product and team.

Role overview

As 
Founding CPO
, you will be responsible for defining and owning Capipal's product strategy and execution.

You will work closely with the Founder and CTO to translate investor workflows and decision-making processes into a scalable, AI-native product.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate investment workflows (screening, due diligence, risk assessment) into product features
• Partner with engineering to design and ship AI-powered product experiences
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and iteration cycles
• Work closely with early users (VCs, investors, funds) to gather feedback and refine the product
• Balance speed, quality, and long-term product direction in an early-stage environment

Background & experience

• Experience working at a 
  VC, PE firm, family office, investment platform, or closely with investors
• Experience building or owning products used by investors, analysts, or decision-makers
• Strong understanding of investment processes, investment memos, and decision criteria
• Product leadership experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments
• Ability to operate independently and make product decisions under uncertainty
