Som Head of Insurance Growth på Lendo får ansvar att vidare etablera, driva och utveckla Lendos försäkringsverksamhet i Sverige. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med våra partners och interna intressenter, samt att du också kommer att vara en central del av Lendo Sveriges ledningsgrupp.

Om rollen

Som Head of Insurance Growth har du det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och växa Lendos försäkringsaffär. Det innebär att förmedla och optimera befintliga produkter som Trygghetsförsäkring och Olycksfallsförsäkring – men också att leda arbetet med att ta fram nya försäkringslösningar och partnerskap.

Rollen kombinerar strategiskt ledarskap och operativt affärsdriv. Du ansvarar för affärsutveckling, produkt och försäljning samt för att verksamheten följer gällande regelverk. I ditt team finns initialt en roll, Business Developer – och du blir en viktig medlem i Lendos ledningsgrupp. Rollen bedöms kunna växa parallellt med affärens expansion.

Ditt ansvar

  • Utforma och genomföra kvartals/årsplan för försäkring med tydliga mål, KPI:er och tillväxtplan.
  • Säkerställa P&L-leverans för försäkring; forecast, prissättning i samarbete med partner samt prioritering av initiativ.
  • Utvärdera och utveckla nya partners (villkor, affärscase, due diligence) och förbättra "time-to-value".
  • Säkerställa tillväxt inom området, Identifiera nya segment och bygga case för nya affärsmöjligheter inom området.
  • Tillsammans med interna kollegor optimera säljtaktik och förbättra upsell / crossell samt övergripande kvalitet i kundmötet.
  • Tillsammans med Business Developer ta fram nya erbjudanden/packaging, testplaner (A/B), kanalstrategi och partnerkampanjer.
  • Driva ständiga förbättringar baserat på data och feedback från kund/partner/agent.
  • Nära samarbete med Legal/Compliance (förmedlarregler, kundskydd), Data/Analytics (mål/KPI, dashboards), Marketing (kampanjer, leads), Tech/Produkt (flöden, integrationer).
  • Del av Lendo SE ledningsgrupp.
