We're accelerating the shift from fossil to electric mobility — and we're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our commercial scale-up.

At VCG, we connect technology, energy, and mobility into a unified smart charging ecosystem.

About the role

As Head of Growth, you'll own our go-to-market strategy and drive measurable growth across all business units. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to expand our footprint in the Nordics and beyond.

Key responsibilities


• Design and execute a growth roadmap covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.


• Build data-driven funnels across digital channels, B2B sales, and strategic partnerships.


• Identify and launch new revenue streams in EV charging, energy optimization, and platform services.


• Lead a cross-functional growth team spanning marketing, product, and operations.


• Translate business insights into scalable, repeatable systems for expansion.

Who you are


• Analytical and execution-driven — you move from data to decision fast.


• Experienced in growth marketing, funnel optimization, and automation tools.


• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for sustainability and electrification.


• Fluent in English and Swedish — both are required for stakeholder management and market engagement.
