Paid Social Lead

Xlash is now looking for a Paid Social Lead to take responsibility for our most important performance channels. This role sits close to both growth and creative work, and is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining performance thinking with strong content, clear priorities and fast decisions.
Xlash is a beauty brand founded in 2012, with our HQ in Stockholm. We are best known for our eyelash serum, but today our product portfolio and reach are much broader. Our products are sold in 25+ countries and have been used by more than 3.6 million customers.
We are currently a team of a little over 20 people, working closely across product, brand, e-commerce and growth. Decisions are taken close to the work, and there is a strong sense of ownership across the company.
Sweden and Norway are currently our largest markets. Looking ahead to
2026
, our main focus is to
increase new customer acquisition
as we expand further across Europe. Paid Social is one of the most important drivers for reaching new customers at scale, which makes this role central to our growth plans.
Your role at Xlash
As Paid Social Lead at Xlash, you will be responsible for all Paid Social Marketing activities.
Meta, TikTok and Snapchat are our main paid channels. You will plan, run and improve campaigns across these platforms, with a strong focus on
attracting new customers
in both our current markets and as we enter new ones.
The role is hands-on and gives you a lot of responsibility over how Paid Social is structured, tested and developed over time.
You will be part of the
E-commerce and Growth team
, currently consisting of:
- Head of E-commerce
- Growth Lead
- CRM Specialist
You will also collaborate closely with the
Marketing and Creative team
, as well as external agencies. The role sits in the middle of performance, creative work and growth planning.
What your days will look like
Owning Paid Social from start to finish
You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, from setup and testing to optimization and scaling. You are responsible for performance and follow results closely.
Turning creatives into performance
You work closely with creatives and content producers, briefing ideas, testing formats and improving what works. You care about structure and pace, and help set up simple processes for fast iteration.
Using data to decide what to do next
You regularly analyze performance data and use it to decide what to scale, pause or improve. You understand the balance between short-term results and building something that performs over time.
Working closely with the growth team
Paid Social is your main focus, but you work closely with the rest of the growth setup, which requires a holistic view of marketing and e-commerce. Experience from Paid Search, Influencer Marketing or Affiliate Marketing is therefore helpful.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience who enjoys taking responsibility in a small, collaborative team.
Your background
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Paid Social campaigns
- Experience from a D2C or E-commerce company, or a data-driven marketing agency
- Experience from beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands is a bonus
