Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: Sweden (Remote – Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our presence in Scandinavia and are looking for independent sales agents in Sweden to grow our customer network. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand a portfolio of clients (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, industrial companies, shipyards). Promote our full product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine paints, decorative paints, wood coatings, floor coatings). Identify new B2B leads and introduce Gen Boya to the Swedish market. Conduct customer visits, manage follow-ups, and build long-term relationships. Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare and submit quotations. Report weekly on visits, quotations, and upcoming projects. What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or B2B technical sales. Existing network within the Swedish construction, marine, or industrial sector is a strong advantage. Self-driven, independent, and target-oriented. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule. English required; Swedish is an advantage.
