Quality Coordinator (Nordics)
We are now looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our Nordic EHSQ team. The position is a permanent position with immediate start. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for our work with continuous improvements and to ensure that our Management System is appropriate for the organisation and effective in fulfilling demands from Management, stakeholders and standards.
The job
As Quality Coordinator at Univar Solutions, you will have the whole of Nordic as a workplace.
Your most important tasks will, among other things, include:
- Coordinate investigations of customer complaints ad internal deviations; ensure thorough investigations and follow up so that corrective measures have had intended effect
- Annually develop an internal audit plan where audits are planned to depend on the level of risk and needs
- Coordinate customer- and third-party audits
- Convene and lead quality meetings with relevant functions to ensure continuous improvements
- Convene and lead the management review, compile relevant statistics to the review
- Plan and perform quality training for relevant functions in the organization
- Set up inspection plans for products in SAP
- Evaluate and approve suppliers
- Review quality agreements from customers and suppliers

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has an degree in engineering from a university or college. We hope that you have previous experience from a similar position and that you are good at reading and interpreting quality and environmental standards. If you have experience in the chemical industry, it is a great asset. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it is our organizational language. You are fluent in Swedish or Danish.

Above all, we are looking for a candidate who has the right attitude and personality. You are comfortable solving problems and handling situations independently when needed. You typically prefer to carry out important tasks with minimal supervision, but you appreciate clear instructions when the situation calls for it. While you are open to listening to others' perspectives, you are confident in standing by your own opinion when you disagree. It is important that you have good communication skills and are good at creating networks within the organization. You are meticulous and have a structured way of working. We believe that you are good at prioritizing and can handle a high work pace.
What does the team look like?
We work in a Nordic organization, it means that you will find your colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. And you will report to our Head of EHSQ who is based in Gothenburg.

Working hours: Full time
Place of work: Gothenburg, Malmö or Copenhagen
Joining: Joining will be as soon as possible, but we are of course waiting for the right candidate.
Salary and pension: Salary is agreed individually according to experience and skills. There will also be a car in the job.
