We are hiringIT Solution Specialist/ IT System Maintenancefor the position based in Lund, Sweden (3 days onsite in Lund. But initial period can be Full remote until candidate start onsite).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are looking for the Solution Specialist to collaborate closely with project teams and system implementers to ensure the effective management, support, and continuous improvement of the Global Company Master (GCM) solution utilizing the Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This role will focus on user support, workflow optimization, and high standards of data quality.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7 to 8 Years of Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and platforms (specifically Profisee, or alternatively Informatica, Semarchy, Stibo).
  • Experience in MDM concepts, data modeling, and data governance.
  • Proven process orientation, with skills in documenting and optimizing workflows.
  • Ability to configure Profisee components, collaborate on technical setup, and support system integrations.
  • Experience developing and executing technical test cases, supporting data migration, and validating data mappings.
  • Hands-on experience configuring MDM platforms (Profisee is preferred; experience with other MDM tools is valuable).
  • Proficient at providing post-go-live support—troubleshooting integration issues and monitoring system performance.
  • Experience in user support and training delivery for technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as SAFe or Scrum.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and reporting on data quality metrics.
