I den här rollen blir du nyckelperson i hanteringen av obetalda fakturor. Du kommer att:

  • Lösa problem och kommunicera: Vara den professionella länken till våra kunder. Du kommunicerar via telefon, mejl och brev för att hitta lösningar och driva inkassoärenden framåt.
  • Driva inkassoprocessen: Ansvara för en strukturerad kravhantering och driva in skulder på ett professionellt och etiskt sätt.
  • Hålla koll: Säkerställa noggrann dokumentation och korrekt uppföljning av varje ärende.

Om dig
Vi ser att du är en drivande och kommunikativ person och att du har en fin förmåga att skapa goda relationer Vi tror att du brinner för att lösa utmaningar och bidra till ett företags framgång, och att du inte är rädd att kavla upp ärmarna.

Vi ser även att du:

  • har erfarenhet inom inkasso eller en relevant bakgrund inom administration/kundtjänst.
  • är strukturerad och noggrann, med en förkärlek för en rak och öppen dialog.
  • besitter en utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga, både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • har förmågan att hantera stressiga situationer på ett lugnt och professionellt sätt.
