The role

As a People & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top tech talent while helping strengthen our culture and employer brand across ICT Nordics.

This is a parental leave cover for at least one year, but since we're growing fast, there's a strong possibility for extension or a permanent position after the initial period.

The role is 80% strategic and operative recruitment – supporting our managers and teams within software and mechanical engineering and 20% employer branding, where you'll work hands-on to attract talent by creating engaging content and driving communication activities for our social media channels and internal platforms.

You'll work closely with our People & TA Manager and be part of a small, dynamic team that supports all companies within ICT Nordics (ICT Additude, M4 Solutions, and ICT Sweden). This is a hybrid position based in Malmö with occasional travel within Sweden may occur.

We are looking for someone with the following skills

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, within tech or engineering preferably for the consultancy sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and an interest in social media and employer branding.
  • Experience recruiting across different regions and cities in Sweden.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, within tech or engineering.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Teamtailor, and Alva Labs.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in employer branding, internal communication, or HR-related projects.
  • Experience in recruitment across multiple regions in Sweden.
