Director IT Governance

Are you a visionary IT leader with a passion for governance, strategy, and operational
excellence? Hultafors Group is seeking a Director IT Governance to join our Group IT
management team. In this critical role, you will drive the development and
implementation of IT governance frameworks that enable secure, efficient, and
business-aligned IT operations across the Group

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the IT governance agenda for Hultafors
Group. You will be responsible for a broad portfolio including for example Enterprise
Architecture, IT Security, GDPR, IT Sourcing, IT Finances, Quality Controls, IT Operating
Model, Delivery Performance, IT Processes, and the IT role library. You are part of the
Group IT Management Team, and you report to the Group CIO.
As part of a recent IT reorganization, you will also serve as a key link between Group IT
and one of our business areas, ensuring that IT investments deliver real business value
and that IT services are transparent and aligned with business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Group's Enterprise Architecture and IT governance
frameworks

• Oversee IT Security, GDPR compliance, and quality controls of IT delivery

• Manage IT Sourcing, License Management, and IT Finances, including budget
processes, financial transparency, and IT allocations

• Drive the development and implementation of the IT Operating Model and IT
Processes

• Monitor and improve delivery performance across IT

• Maintain and develop the IT role library

• Lead IT communications within the Group

• Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, including budget and personnel
responsibility

• Act as a bridge between IT and the assigned business area, supporting business
requirements and change management for IT-related initiatives.

About You
You are a strategic and analytical leader with a hands-on approach. You have a strong
understanding of IT governance, security, and financial management, and are skilled at
translating complex IT concepts into business value. You thrive in a collaborative
environment, are an excellent communicator, and have a proven ability to lead teams
and drive change across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications and experiences:

• Several years of leadership experience within IT, including personnel and budget
responsibility

• Proven track record in IT governance, enterprise architecture, IT security, or
related areas

• Experience working with budget processes and financial management within IT

• Demonstrated ability to work strategically while also being operationally involved
("doer" mentality)

• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders

• Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder management
skills

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
