We are currently seeking a Designer to join our team on a one-year maternity cover contract from the beginning of 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-moving, creative environment where your input will directly shape the future of our products.

About the Role

As a Designer at ENNUE, you will play a key role in the development of our collections, from initial research to the making of technical sketches, managing fittings and sample follow-up. You will work closely with product/production and enjoy both responsibility and flexibility in your day-to-day schedule.

This is a hands-on role that requires both creative vision and technical ability. You should have a strong interest in fashion and an understanding of the product development process.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing premium performance outerwear start-up where you'll have the chance to shape products and collections from the ground up. You'll be part of a small, passionate team working in a dynamic, creative environment in the heart of Södermalm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, trend and product research aligned with our brand direction and customer
  • Design and develop seasonal collections, from concept to final product
  • Create detailed technical sketches from scratch and take a leading role in fittings
  • Manage sample follow-up in close collaboration with production
  • Bring fresh, globally-informed perspectives to our product range
  • Stay updated on fashion trends relevant to our target audience
  • Advise on high-quality fabric and trim development

About you

We are looking for a
creative, driven, and adaptable
individual with:

  • A strong eye for detail and a passion for both forward-thinking and commercial fashion
  • 4+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally within outerwear or technical apparel
  • Comfortable taking ownership of the design process and developing detailed technical sketches independently
  • Basic knowledge or interest in pattern making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A humble, flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A passion for culture, fashion and innovation with a global outlook
  • Confident user of Adobe Suite programs, with a focus on Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
