After 8 months of building in public, we now have 13+ claimed vendors and a fast-growing base of 120+ active buyers exploring  to make smarter, faster software decisions. Our mission is simple: make B2B buying feel as easy, powered by AI, proof, and transparency.

Role Description
: Founding GTM & Sales (Co-Founder Track) We're looking for a Founding GTM & Sales Lead, someone who can design and drive our go-to-market engine from the ground up.

You'll own vendor acquisition, buyer activation, partnerships, and early revenue, working directly with the founders to scale 's presence across SaaS categories.

What you'll do:

  • Build and lead the vendor pipeline (from outreach → claim → activation → go live).
  • Create and run buyer activation loops that turn traffic into real demo plays and vendor chats.
  • Shape pricing and category strategies alongside the founders.
  • Publish small, public proofs weekly, demo playlists, category wins, and buyer insights.
  • Measure and optimize the entire funnel: claim → activation → chat → closed-won.

In your first 90 days, success looks like:

  • Vendors: 13 → 60 claimed listings, with 35+ fully activated (demo, features, Basic Signal on).
  • Buyers: 300+ monthly active buyers exploring and chatting with vendors.
  • Engagement: 100+ buyer vendor conversations per quarter, median vendor response under 10 minutes.
  • Proof: 3 short caselets ("signal → chat → meeting") shared publicly.

Qualifications

  • Experience as the first GTM or Sales hire at a SaaS or B2B marketplace startup.
  • Proven record of closing first logos and creating repeatable revenue systems.
  • Strong grasp of PLG (Product-Led Growth) and marketplace dynamics.
  • Confident in hands-on selling, partnership building, and storytelling.
  • Comfortable working founder-style: fast, visible, and experimental.
  • Fluent in English; based in or aligned with EU/Stockholm time zones.
  • Experience building outbound + inbound systems for B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with buyer intent signals, demo automation, or GTM tools.

Compensation

  • Founder-track: meaningful equity (4–7%) + commission on collected revenue.
  • No base salary initially; transitions to salary once early MRR milestones are hit.
  • Transparent growth path to Head of GTM / CRO.
