Om rollen

Vi söker dig som vill ha ett roligt och flexibelt deltidsjobb, möjligtvis vid sidan av dina studier. Det finns även möjlighet att arbeta mer under sommaren.

Med denna roll har du chansen att på riktigt påverka vår riktning. Du kommer jobba i ett tvärfunktionellt team där du har möjlighet att påverka produkten utifrån dina kundinsikter. Du kommer bli expert på våra kunder, jobba nära produkten och rapportera produktinsikter till resten av teamet.

Dina främsta arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av följande:

  • Ge högkvalitativ service till våra kunder genom chatt, email och telefon
  • Stötta potentiella kunder i onboarding-processen
  • Hantera diverse kundärenden
  • Bidra med att förbättra kundupplevelsen och produkten

  • Duktig på att hantera kundrelationer
  • Tidigare erfarenhet inom en kundorienterad organisation
  • Stor samarbetsförmåga och lagspelare
  • Handlingskraftig och duktig på att kommunicera
  • Pratar och skriver svenska och engelska flytande
  • Last but definitely not least – en förkärlek för våra fyrbenta vänner
