About the Role
We believe great customer experiences start with empathy, expertise, and smart use of technology. As we grow, we're adding two new Customer Care Agents, people who love helping others, enjoy solving problems, and are curious about how AI and digital tools can make support smarter and more personal.
You'll be part of a future-ready support team where people and technology work together to deliver fast, personal, and data-driven care. We're investing in automation, AI-powered insights, and streamlined workflows to deliver even more value in every interaction.
Skills & Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Deliver timely, professional, and solution-oriented support to Simployer customers across all products, taking full ownership of cases from first contact to resolution.
- Handle a variety of inquiries, including administrative tasks, technical support, invoice questions, and incident reporting through phone, email, and chat.
- Use AI tools and automation in Freshdesk and other platforms to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and spot patterns or trends.
- Contribute to and improve our self-service content and knowledge base, ensuring it's optimized for AI-driven search and chatbot support.
- Collaborate across teams (Product, Customer Success, and Tech) to share customer insights and help shape smarter, data-informed improvements.
- Continuously explore new AI and digital solutions to make customer care more proactive and efficient.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
You're someone who is naturally helpful, curious, and comfortable with technology. You enjoy finding smarter ways to solve problems and making complex things easy to understand. With experience in customer support or a contact center, you know how to deliver great service with empathy and clarity.
- Excellent communicator, fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian a plus).
- Experience from customer support, preferably within SaaS or tech.
- Skilled at managing cases via phone, email, and chat.
- Comfortable using digital tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and documentation.
- Proactive in improving content, systems, and customer experience.
