To our customer in Lund we are seeking for a Project Coordinator.

Scope of the assignment

As Technical project coordinator, you will support the D&E Division in execution of project across disciplines: Mechanical, Plant & Process, and Electrical designs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the scope is clear before starting (interface, technical and legals requirements are gathered)
  • Organizing the breakdown of the project
  • Evaluating the time and cost
  • Participating in technical discussions, documenting action points, and translating them into clear assignments,
  • Helping to monitor and update progress in task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to provide visibility on workloads and deadlines,
  • Supporting problem-solving.

Required education and experience

Must-have:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience coordinating technical projects in engineering or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage engineering workflows, technical documentation, and follow up on progress.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Ability to self-manage and organize multiple ongoing projects. Preferred:
• Knowledge of relevant European and Swedish engineering standards.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Process, Electrical).
• Knowledge of regulated/constrains industrial environments (Nuclear, pressure vessels, life science)
