Najell is growing, and we're adding a new key player to our team — a Product Compliance Coordinator who will drive safety standardisation development, material development, and align our existing and upcoming product range to best practices as we continue to scale with new product ranges and categories.

Product Compliance Coordinator

As Product Compliance Coordinator, your mission is to develop and execute product compliance within mechanical and material spheres. You will also represent Najell in the development of good standardization practices around the world. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal knowledge of safety standards within the organisation
  • Organise and conduct tests of existing and upcoming products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development to make sure products are developed according to risk assessments and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to make sure production follows set up standards and procedures.
  • Represent Najell and take part in standardization development.
  • Coordinate Market communication to make sure communication is according to product safety guidelines.

  • Strategic and proactive in your approach, but hands-on when needed.
  • Passionate about supplier relations and product creation.
  • Skilled in communication, project leadership, and negotiations.
  • Curious and solution-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Motivation is most important and knowledge on a selection of materials (textiles, metal, wood, electronics) is a benefit.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain development and/or product development, ideally in consumer products or manufacturing.
  • Experience of working with different materials and products.
  • Familiarity with product development processes, BOMs, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience within the sustainability and compliance field.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
