Vi söker en Junior Production Controller som vill ta nästa steg i karriären Du kommer att arbeta nära produktionen och ha en central roll i att analysera, följa upp och driva förbättringar inom controlling.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

Factory Performance

  • Rapportera och analysera produktions-KPI:er (utgifter, fabriksresultat, timkostnad)

  • Jämföra utfall mot budget och rekommendera förbättringsåtgärder

Product Costing

  • Beräkna produktkostnader och göra avvikelseanalyser

  • Föreslå förbättringar utifrån analyser

Systems & Tools

  • Vara expert i SAP och Excel

  • Använda BI-verktyg för analys och rapportering

Controlling & Compliance

  • Leda och hantera produktionscontrolling (månadsslut, kostnadskontroll, avsättningar)

  • Ansvara för månatliga lagerkontroller

  • Analysera och driva investeringsplaner

  • Skapa business cases och följa upp faktiska resultat

  • Säkerställa att interna och legala regelverk följs

Din profil

  • Trivs med att arbeta självständigt

  • Har lätt att ta kontakt och ställa frågor

  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska

  • Strukturerad, analytisk och lösningsorienterad

Krav på kompetenser

  • Erfarenhet av SAP och Excel

  • Starka kunskaper inom finance/controlling

  • Förståelse för legal & tax-krav

  • Kunskap inom månadsbokslut, investeringar och compliance
