Join Our Client's Search Engine Customer Support Team in Athens

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about everything online? We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in digital customer support, for their Search Engine Customer Experts team based in Athens, Greece.

We're looking for Swedish-speaking candidates with strong English skills who are ready to relocate to Athens and become part of a dynamic, international team in a state-of-the-art work environment.

About the Role

In this position, you'll become a digital expert across a wide range of Google tools. After completing a comprehensive training program, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting businesses in improving their online presence on the world's most used search engine
  • Advising entrepreneurs on how to manage their reputation and be found more easily by their customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues or escalating complex cases as needed
  • Promoting relevant products and services when appropriate

Requirements

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

  • Fluency in Swedish and good command of English
  • A strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in using computer systems, the internet, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Google tools such as Google Maps, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Chrome OS and Android operating systems
