Technical Solutions Consultant Swedish & English

We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Technical Solutions Consultant to support users of a globally recognized tech brand. This is the role for someone who understands that behind every technical issue is a human who just wants things to work.

Whether it's assisting with hardware setup, connectivity issues, or software guidance, you'll be the go-to expert calm under pressure, clear in communication, and committed to getting it right.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver expert technical assistance to users in Swedish and English

Guide customers through diagnostics, troubleshooting, and practical solutions

Translate tech jargon into human language no guesswork, no confusion

Escalate complex cases to specialist teams with accuracy and urgency

Document solutions and contribute to process improvement along the way

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in Swedish (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)

Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer engineering

Comfortable with hardware, software, connectivity issues or eager to learn fast

Structured thinking, clear communication, and a service-first mindset

You enjoy making technology feel easy, even when its not
