Vi söker en Jr. Business Analyst / Business Controller som vill växa tillsammans med två dynamiska bolag – Reforma, en snabbväxande e-handelsaktör med fokus på hållbarhet och design, och Tanrevel, marknadsledande inom brun utan sol och beauty tech.

I rollen kommer du att arbeta nära ledningarna i Reforma och Tanrevel, men även stötta CFO i Online Brands, koncernen som investerar i framtidens e-handelsbolag. Du drivs av data, struktur och affärslogik – men trivs samtidigt i miljöer där förändring, kreativitet och tillväxt är vardag. Här får du möjligheten att kombinera analytisk skärpa med entreprenöriell energi och bidra till tillväxtresan för några av Nordens mest spännande e-handelsvarumärken.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Utföra löpande affärs- och lönsamhetsanalyser inom e-handel, produkt och marknad.
  • Arbeta med prisstrategier och prissättning för ett stort antal SKU:er på flera marknader.
  • Analysera kunddata, CRM- och BI-system för att identifiera mönster och driva datadrivna beslut.
  • Ta fram beslutsunderlag och rapporter för ledning och styrelse, inklusive budget- och prognosstöd.
  • Delta i utvecklingen av dashboards, KPI-uppföljning och BI-struktur i nära samarbete med CFO.
  • Stödja koncernens ekonomifunktion i ad-hoc-analyser, processutveckling och implementering av nya system och applikationer.

För att lyckas i rollen är du:

  • Analytiskt lagd, strukturerad och nyfiken på hur siffror kan omsättas till affärsinsikter.
  • Har ett genuint intresse för e-handel, system och digitala verktyg.
  • Trivs i en startup-miljö med högt tempo, pragmatism och snabb beslutsväg.
  • Van vid att ta ansvar, arbeta självständigt och presentera insikter på ett tydligt och visuellt sätt.
  • Relevant akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi, finans, statistik eller industriell ekonomi.
