Resolution Games is a visual computing studio focused on creating immersive experiences for all, from gamers to non-gamers alike. We are open to applications from Computer Science students looking for the right place to complete their Master Thesis.

At Resolution Games, we have a long history of successful Master Thesis projects. We believe that the main reason for this success is that we match you with a supervisor, who themselves, has done their master thesis project with us, before joining the company as employees. Your supervisor will help bounce thesis topics and provide continuous feedback throughout the internship.

If possible, we will match the topic of the thesis with one of our current game projects. You will be able to join the team's stand-ups etc, which will give you great insight into what it would be like to work at Resolution Games. By spending time with the games team, you will also get a better understanding of the context that we work in. We work with cutting edge technologies and use cases in cross discipline teams.

Over the years, our thesis students have explored subjects such as hand tracking and proprioception in mixed reality, procedural generation of impossible spaces, adaptive rendering techniques, player motion and perception, and sound or haptic feedback as drivers of immersion.

Please note that we do not offer predefined thesis topics. We are looking for students who bring their own ideas and questions to explore.

Resolution Games is a visual computing games studio with a proven track record creating immersive gaming experiences for all. We believe that VR and AR aren't just an add-on for gaming; they are the next logical steps for games. As players and game developers alike, we've always dreamed of this day - the day when we can be IN the games we love. That day is finally here, and we are putting all of our energy into making the most of it for all, whether it's creating a positive experience for someone testing out VR for the first time to delivering a rich, in-depth multiplayer game that keeps enthusiasts hungry for more.
