Are you interested in a student position in a dynamic, international tech environment? Nasdaq is currently seeking a student worker to join European Market Services - Business Operations Transformations team in Stockholm.

The Business Operations Transformation Team
leads the operating strategy work for European Markets, including using technology, automation, and AI to boost efficiency and productivity. With strong operational knowledge and technical innovation, the team delivers measurable results and maintains a competitive advantage. The team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies tailored to the changing needs of European Market Services. To thrive in this role we think you have an interest in programming and AI, working in a collaborative team to solve problems.

You'll gain hands-on experience working with modern AI tools and cloud technologies, contributing to real-world development projects that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Business Operations Transform team in developing automation tools and AI - applications.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing, integration, and testing.
  • Assist in implementing and testing AI workflows using platforms like AWS Bedrock.
  • Participate in agile way of working.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Explore and evaluate tools, libraries, and frameworks relevant to AI and automation.

What We Expect

  • Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Solid programming skills, especially in Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock)
  • Interest in AI development, automation, and agile software practices.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good to have:

  • Experience or familiarity with Cypress and Playwright testing frameworks

This is a part-time position based at our newly renovated Stockholm Office, right in the city center approx. 5 minutes walk from the Central station. We expect you to work up to 20 hours/week during the school year with the possibility of full-time work during the summer. Start date is end of November.
