Hubert is a fast-growing AI company transforming the global recruitment industry. With strong traction across multiple European markets, we're expanding fast and looking to further accelerate growth through world-class marketing execution.
We are now seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to help scale our demand generation engine, execute cutting-edge ABM campaigns, and ensure Hubert reaches the right decision-makers at the right time.
The RoleAs Growth Marketing Executive, you'll be hands-on in shaping how we generate and convert leads into revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your own career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. You'll play a key role in:
Leveraging the latest AI tools to maximise impact
Turning marketing data into revenue insights
Bringing to life your ideas, and the teams, to drive revenue
Working closely with sales, you'll make sure our campaigns cut through, deliver results, and help fuel Hubert's growth story.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ABM Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across the usual platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Paid Search, SEO, GEO targeting and experiment with new ideas.
- Support and amplify partner-led marketing activities and industry events.
- Support in the management of the funnel from first-touch to SQL handover, always with revenue in focus.
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Develop campaigns, landing pages, and nurture sequences in Hubspot.
- Maintain and improve our marketing database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Harness AI-powered tools and agents to automate tasks and improve campaign performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across the full funnel (Traffic → Revenue).
- Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Report on ABM and campaign effectiveness.
- Proven hands-on experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (ideally SaaS/tech).
- Strong grasp of lead generation strategies and ABM methodology.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable pivoting in a fast-growth environment.
- Experience with Hubspot is a strong plus.
- Eagerness to explore and apply AI tools for smarter marketing.
- Proactive, ownership mindset with ability to see projects through.
- Fluency in English and Swedish ; additional languages are a bonus.
- The role is based in Stockholm (hybrid working) - relocation not included.
