Om rollen:

Som Accounting Administrator så ingår du i ett team om åtta personer som rapporterar till Head of Finance Operations. Teamet ansvarar över bolagets kund & leverantörsreskontran samt Default&Arrears process. Rollen är bred med många olika processer men i första hand kommer du vara delaktig i teamets Salesforce kö samt Collections processer. Vidare kommer du även vara involverad i olika interna frågeställningar från organisationen. På avdelningen jobbar vi ständigt med förbättringar, effektivisering och utveckling och du kommer att vara delaktig i den processen i ett snabbt växande företag.

Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:

  • Fakturering
  • Autogiro processer
  • Depositioner
  • Default&Arrears
  • First line of defence processer
  • Bokning av betalfiler
  • Accounts receivable aging
  • Ärendehantering i Salesforce
  • Avstämningar g/l konton
  • Support vid boksluts aktiviteter,
  • Support vid interna och externa revisioner
  • Övrig support i organisationen

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi. För att vara aktuell för tjänsten ska du ha tidigare erfarenhet att arbeta med kundreskontra. Meriterande om du tidigare arbetat med leasing. Viss kunskap inom Excel och SUN samt kunskap om indrivning av skulder och inkassolagen värdesätts. Det är meriterande om du tidigare arbetat inom service då arbetet innefattar en del kundkontakt. Som person ser vi gärna att du är ambitiös, noggrann, lättlärd och driven. Du trivs med förändringar och tycker om utmaningar. Du skall vara flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
