Process Specialist with Experience in Real Estate Administration

PostNord is seeking a driven and self-motivated Process Specialist with extensive experience in Real Estate Administration and SAP, preferably within the SAP Real Estate module. This role is ideal for you if you are a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about improving financial operations through harmonized processes and working smarter.

You will be responsible for administering Real Estate contracts and lease agreements across the Nordics, in line with IFRS16 and other requirements, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across entities. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive improvements in workflows, systems, and data accuracy.

Your Responsibilites

• Take ownership of contract administration (lease-in, lease-out, and intercompany).
• Administer, register and track Real Estate agreements, including new contracts, renewals, and terminations in SAP.
• Process Real Estate related invoices and reconciliations.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS16 across relevant entities, as well as other relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain and improve the accuracy of lease, property, and financial data.
• Oversee accounting processes within the SAP Real Estate module.
• Lead efforts to harmonize Real Estate processes across business units and markets, in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
• Perform controlling and reporting in close collaboration with our Group Real Estate department
• Support internal and external audits, reporting, and internal controls.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders such as tenants, vendors, and auditors.

Who You Are
You bring at least 5 years of experience in accounting or real estate administration, with a strong understanding of IFRS16 and lease accounting. You have a university degree or equivalent work experience, and you can conduct yourself professionally in daily communication in the Scandinavian languages and English.

You are analytical and solution-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. You are comfortable working independently, but also skilled at building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders. You adapt quickly to new circumstances and are motivated by continuous improvement.

Your in-depth knowledge of SAP, preferably the Real Estate module, and advanced Excel skills will be key to your success.

How You Will Contribute
In this role, you will manage daily operations related to Real Estate administration, and actively develop and standardize finance processes in close cooperation with PostNord's internal units and other important stakeholders. You will help shape a harmonized and efficient process landscape that supports our strategic goals and ensures high-quality financial operations. You will also contribute to process improvement, financial control, and compliance, while providing user-friendly support to internal customers.
