About the Role

We're supporting a
global leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive sector
as they embark on a strategic initiative to enhance their marketing capabilities using
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
.

As a
Techno-Functional Consultant
, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions across both
B2C and B2B domains
- translating business requirements into scalable, data-driven, and technically sound solutions across the full Marketing Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and implement end-to-end
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    solutions
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys and campaigns
    using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Flows
  • Leverage
    AI capabilities
    within the platform for advanced personalisation and marketing analytics
  • Develop complex
    data segmentation and integration
    strategies with external systems to drive engagement and ROI
  • Create and maintain
    dynamic content
    using SQL, AMPscript, and preferably content management tools
  • Enable
    two-way communication
    across multiple channels including SMS
  • Drive
    campaign planning, performance analytics, and reporting
    to support continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience with
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    in a techno-functional role
  • Strong expertise in
    data-driven marketing
    ,
    advanced segmentation
    , and
    cross-system integrations
  • Hands-on experience in
    Journey Builder
    ,
    Automation Studio
    , and
    Marketing Cloud Flows
  • Strong knowledge of
    SQL
    and
    AMPscript
    ; experience with
    content management systems
    is a plus
  • Familiarity with
    AI-driven personalization
    and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience managing
    multi-channel campaigns
    including SMS and email
  • Fluent in Swedish & English
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
