About the role

Are you graduating soon or recently finished your studies in system science, computer science, or a related IT field – and curious about how technology can make real business impact?

As a Junior Salesforce Consultant at Axenon, you'll be part of a skilled and supportive team of consultants, developers, and project managers. You'll learn how to design, build, and implement Salesforce solutions for leading Nordic companies — all while developing both your technical and consulting skills.

You'll be hands-on from the start: setting up new Salesforce environments, configuring Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), designing data models, building automations with Flows, and helping clients understand how technology can simplify and elevate their business.

Your responsibilities

Together with senior colleagues, you will:

  • Participate in workshops and help identify customer needs and requirements.

  • Support business development activities and pre-sales discovery.

  • Configure Salesforce environments and tailor them to client processes.

  • Design and build data models, automations, and dashboards.

  • Work with data — analysis, cleansing, and migration.

  • Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

  • Continuously learn and explore new Salesforce capabilities to enhance our clients' solutions.

We believe you are:

A recent graduate (or soon to be) with a degree in System Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar.

  • Curious about how business and technology intersect.

  • Analytical, structured, and eager to learn new tools and systems.

  • Comfortable working hands-on in technical environments.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar tools is a plus — but not required. What matters most is your drive to learn, your problem-solving mindset, and your interest in turning data and technology into real business value.
