DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced
Sales & Marketing Solution Architect
to design and lead end-to-end solutions that enhance our sales and marketing ecosystem. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution - ensuring that our Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation platforms are leveraged to their full potential.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a solid background in enterprise or corporate architecture, CRM, and marketing technology. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to define architectures that support growth, automation, and customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design integrated sales and marketing technology architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
  • Lead the solution design and technical strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable, measurable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies to improve lead management, campaign execution, and attribution.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) and external marketing systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for solution architectures, integrations, and process flows.
  • Champion data governance, compliance, and security best practices across the marketing technology landscape.
  • Work closely with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital marketing innovation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and omnichannel engagement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions involving
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce Sales and Data Cloud) and its role in the lead-to-revenue process.
  • Background in
    enterprise or corporate architecture
    , ideally within large-scale transformation or multi-region environments.
  • Experience designing solutions involving
    data integration
    ,
    API-based architectures
    , and
    customer data synchronization
    across systems.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to bridge business needs and technical execution clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture while managing technical details.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Solution Architect, or Application Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with BI, analytics, or customer data platforms is a plus.
