Job Description

Test Planning Coordination Support the Test Lead in preparing detailed test plans, schedules, and phase readiness activities.Coordinate testing across functional, technical, integration, and business streams.Ensure test environments, user access, test data, and tools are prepared for each test phase.Work with business teams to collect, refine, and document business scenarios.Contribute to creating and maintaining test scripts aligned with requirements and processes.Test Execution Defect ManagementCoordinate daily test execution during ST, SIT, FAT, and UAT cycles.Facilitate defect triage sessions with SI, solution teams, and the Test Lead.Track execution progress, defect trends, and follow-up on resolutions.Ensure defects are accurately logged, prioritized, retested, and closed.Support verification of fixes and assist testers during execution.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with Business, Solution, Data, Integration, and Vendor teams to align test scope and timelines.Support UAT preparation, including user onboarding, guidance, and execution coordination. Coordinate with technical teams and partners during ST, SIT and FAT activities as requiredAct as a key point of contact for testers, raising risks, blockers, and dependencies to the Test Lead.Documentation ReportingMaintain test cases, scripts, execution logs, traceability matrices, and defect records.Support preparation of test status updates, dashboards, and test summaries.Help improve testing templates, processes, and documentation standards.
