Clinical Expertise and Sales Excellency in Southern Sweden
LeMaitre is seeking a dynamic professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the cardiovascular field. As the primary contact for key accounts, you will ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales by developing strategic account plans. You will also negotiate contracts, monitor account performance, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. Your insights from market research will shape strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in tender processes and uncover opportunities to enhance client partnerships. As a member of the Nordic sales team – collaborating with dedicated colleagues across Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden – you will be responsible for driving sales activities in Southern Sweden. Therefore, it is essential that you reside in or near the Gothenburg area.
Sales Expert with Drive and Dedication
To succeed in this role, you come with considerable experience and expertise within the Medtech sector – preferably from the cardiovascular industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, coupled with strong product knowledge specific to cardiovascular devices and an in-depth understanding of clinical complexities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, especially MDR, is preferred, alongside robust business acumen. You excel in fostering strong relationships and demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and dedication in your work, embodying a self-starting and loyal attitude. A sense of humor, empathy, and curiosity are valued traits, indicative of a mature mindset that navigates challenges with grace and optimism.
