We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our close-knit, dynamic team in Gothenburg. You'll play a central role in driving growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the global marine market.
About The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with the Business Area Manager (BAM) to manage and develop strategic customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure strong value-based sales execution. You will represent Consilium worldwide — from shipyards to vessels — ensuring our customers receive world-class service and support.
This role combines strategy, sales, and relationship management. You'll also act as a cultural bridge — connecting customers, partners, and colleagues across countries and backgrounds.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who brings both marine experience and customer passion — and who thrives in a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes.
You Likely Have
- Marine background – ideally experience working at sea or onboard ships.
- Strong customer experience – skilled at building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Fluent Swedish and English – both written and spoken.
- A proactive, driven mindset – you take initiative and make things happen.
- An open, curious personality – comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Academic education in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel globally (around 80–100 days per year).
