The Marketing operations specialist is a temporary position designed to provide critical support for marketing technology operations and initiatives over a six-month period.

 The selected individuals will focus exclusively on non-sensitive content ensuring clarity and consistency in the following areas:

1. Application Documentation:

  • Create clear, comprehensive, and user-focused documentation for web applications, including PIM (Product Information Management), CMS (Content Management System), and DAM (Digital Asset Management).
  • Ensure documentation serves as a valuable resource for both onboarding and ongoing use while being structured for accessibility.

2. Training Material Development:

  • Develop engaging training materials that enhance the marketing team's proficiency in the applications mentioned above.
  • Facilitate workshops or presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of best practices.

Who you are:

  • Knowledge or experience with PIM, CMS, and DAM systems is preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create user-friendly materials.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a proactive approach to task ownership.
