About the Role

We are looking for an
experienced IT Business Analyst
with a strong background in
management consulting
and
project coordination
within the
vehicle software domain
.

You will work closely with an
IT Program Manager
, coordinating meetings, driving specific topics, and participating in IT and product program discussions. The role involves creating and communicating clear, structured materials tailored to a wide range of audiences — from technical teams to senior leadership.

This position requires a
holistic, end-to-end mindset
and the ability to collaborate across multiple divisions, business areas, and digital/IT teams within a large, global organization.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate and drive
    key topics and meetings
    within IT and product programs.
  • Act as a
    facilitator
    and lead effective workshops and discussions.
  • Support
    program management
    with planning, documentation, and alignment activities.
  • Create and deliver
    communication materials
    suited for both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Navigate and resolve
    conflicting perspectives
    to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Apply a
    structured and efficient approach
    to manage timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Background in
IT business analysis
,
management consulting
, or
project management
(preferably within automotive or software development).

Excellent
communication and facilitation skills
— able to convey complex topics clearly.

Proven ability to
manage stakeholders
and coordinate across organizations.

Strong
planning, problem-solving
, and
organizational
skills.

Experience working in large, cross-functional teams.

Fluent in
English
(Swedish is a plus).
