Job Description

We are looking for a IT business analyst in the vehicle software domain focusing on external collaboration. Concepts of collaboration with partners, suppliers, joint ventures as well as exploration of virtual engineering workbench concepts for the software defined vehicle.

You will drive and facilitate requirements and solution workshops to support the creation and evolution of external collaboration concepts and IT cross-functional requirements.

The assignment will require a holistic view with end-to-end mindset for the complete scope and to engage with teams and stakeholders in multiple Truck Divisions and Business Areas/Units as well as teams and stakeholders in Group Digital & IT.

Required skills:

  • Strong facilitator that can run efficient workshops

  • Able to navigate and resolve conflicting views and drive for decisions and outcomes

  • Structured and efficient approach and able to manage short timelines

  • Planning and coordination across organizations and teams

  • Strong communication skills and able to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leaders

  • Knowledge of IT architecture design and information modelling
