About the Role

We are now looking for experienced and motivated
Rope Access Wind Turbine Technicians
to join our team for the
2026 season
, starting in
January 2026
.

This position involves
blade inspection, repair, and maintenance
using rope access methods (Blade D scope) on modern turbine platforms across
the Nordics
and other
European project locations.

Rotation schedules are typically
3/1 weeks
or
2/2 weeks
, depending on project setup.

You will be part of a professional, safety-driven team ensuring that all work is carried out according to
OEM procedures
,
site-specific requirements
, and
MS WinCon's HSE standards
.

Key Responsibilites

  • Perform
    blade inspections and composite repairs
    according to Blade D standards and OEM documentation
  • Carry out
    surface preparation, leading-edge restoration, and laminating work
  • Execute and document defect assessments, repair reports, and photos
    in line with company QA systems
  • Participate in
    daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and LOTO
    procedures
  • Ensure compliance with
    MS WinCon HSE policies
    and client safety rules
  • Support
    installation, service, and troubleshooting
    work when required
  • Maintain and inspect rope access and repair equipment according to regulations

Requirements

  • GWO Blade Repair Level 3 (Blade D)
    — valid or to be completed before start
  • IRATA Level 1–3
    certification (valid)
  • GWO BST + BSTR
    modules (Working at Heights, Manual Handling, First Aid, Fire Awareness)
  • GWO Medical Certificate
    (fit for work at height)
  • Proven experience from
    wind turbine blade repair or composite work
  • Good knowledge of English
    , written and spoken
  • EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in the EU

Preferred:

  • Experience on
    Siemens Gamesa platforms.
