What you'll do:

As our CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you have a direct impact on our business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving our digital development within CRM & Marketing Automation. In this role you combine strategy, creativity, technical skills, and operational work with the objective to strengthen Marshall Group brands and increase our profitability through Marketing Automation and growing our customer database. You ensure that we reach the right audiences at the right time and with the most relevant messaging through email, app, on site- and text messages. You will report to the Director, eCom Experience.

This role is based at the Marshall Group HQ in Stockholm with a minimum of 3 days a week working from the office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations within CRM, make sure we are following roadmap and priorities, and coach CRM colleagues
  • Work closely with Director, eCom Experience and contribute to setting strategies for CRM as a channel, Integrated Marketing Plans and other marketing activations to reach our targets
  • Accountable for database growth, revenue and reaching set targets and KPI´s
  • Drive the development of the CRM channels, evaluating current systems/tools to make sure we are using the latest technology and solutions, and streamlining CRM processes
  • A/B testing and optimization to identify relevant improvements
  • Responsible for journeys across CRM channels from strategy to executing
  • Analyse our client base and their purchasing behaviour and based on that create recommendations and plans to improve personalisation's and data base engagement moving forward
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, UX and translators to finalize and optimize messaging and design in email, app, on site- and text messages
  • Responsible for the CRM & Marketing automation reports, KPIs and insights and reporting on these
  • Responsible for driving development and set best practices of our Marketing Automation tool from both a technical and functional perspective

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • 8+ years of experience from working with CRM & Marketing automations on global markets within all the following channels: email, app, on site- and text messages
  • Experience from working with two or more CRM tools such as Marketing Cloud, Braze, Voyado, Agillic or similar and confidently evaluate different technologies, tools and solutions
  • Experience from executing on loyalty programs for a global brand
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for data, evaluating campaigns and turning these insights into action. You are great at turning data into valuable insights to be shared within the wider organization
  • You have both strategical experience and operational excellence in email, app, on site- and text messages with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying on top of the latest trends and technologies
