Garba is the Revenue OS for modern sales teams, combining AI, conversation intelligence, and CRM automation in one powerful platform. It connects seamlessly with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack, automatically logs sales activity, and turns messy calls into clean, actionable data.
Since our launch in May 2025, we've been bringing in new clients every week, building serious momentum, and proving that Garba delivers measurable results. Our first Sales Executive, who joined in August, has already closed major deals. Now, it's time to scale the team.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work directly with founders on go-to-market and messaging
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and sales leaders
- Provide customer feedback to shape product and strategy
- Track and report performance using our CRM
Who You Are
You're a sharp, driven salesperson who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments. You don't wait for a playbook - you help write it.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales
- Are motivated by building from 0 → 1 and closing meaningful deals
- Love fast iterations, early wins, and hands-on collaboration
- Are curious about AI and how it can transform sales workflows
- Can work from our Malmö office
