With a background as a leading player in the B2B segment, we are now expanding our portfolio with a new line of consumer-oriented trade fairs and experience-based events and we are looking for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive - Exhibitions and Conferences based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. As a Senior Sponsorship Executive at Hyperight, you will be a key person in securing sales revenue for our new B2C and B2B trade fairs and experience-based events. Your primary focus is to build strong, long-term relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners - driving sales and revenue growth while contributing to the overall success of our event portfolios.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Selling exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prospecting and developing new leads within relevant B2B and B2C industries.
  • Managing existing client accounts and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiating contracts and driving deals to close.
  • Working closely with the event production and marketing teams to align sales goals with the overall event strategy.
  • Contributing ideas for new concepts, target groups, and commercial growth.

We Are Looking for Someone Who…

to be at the forefront of the event and media world and have

  • Documented experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within events, trade fairs, or media.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A consultative sales approach – you listen, identify needs, and create value-driven solutions.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to deliver results independently.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus: An existing network or sales experience within the business, tech, or innovation sectors.
