Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are super excited to announce that Maksim, Joel, Jürgen and Mikael are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyados QA Team.

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take a leading role in how we work with quality across our product organization. In this position you will combine hands-on test automation with strategy, helping us build stable and scalable testing practices for our product Engage. You'll be part of a cross-functional environment, working closely with developers, product managers and designers. You'll be the one driving initiatives that make testing easier, faster, and more reliable for everyone.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Define and roll out a QA strategy for the product organization, including guidelines, standards and adoption across teams
• Drive end-to-end and functional testing efforts; ensure stability and coverage
• Build, maintain and evolve automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, .NET/nUnit)
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback loops
• Collaborate with platform and feature teams to clarify responsibilities and reduce duplication
• Lead risk assessments, define testing scope and prioritize quality efforts

So, who are you?

We think you have several years of experience in software testing. You are comfortable with test automation frameworks, ideally Playwright or .NET/nUnit and you know your way around CI/CD pipelines. You don't need to be the deepest technical expert in every tool, but you understand how they fit together and how to make them work in practice. You also bring experience from cloud-based or SaaS products and you can communicate quality risks and trade-offs in a way that both developers and stakeholders understand.

Just as important as your technical background is your ability to influence others. You enjoy mentoring, coaching, and driving change, and you know when to push forward and when to step back. You value collaboration, clear communication, and a healthy balance between ambition and sustainability.
